Your satisfaction with Freeoak products is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.
Eligibility & Return Window
- Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be processed.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Footwear and accessories must include all original boxes or dust bags.
- Try-ons are permitted but must not damage the item (e.g., makeup stains on clothing, scuffs on shoes).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@freeoak.store with your order number, photos of the item (including tags and packaging), and a brief reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it back using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refunds
- Approved Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 days of inspection approval.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned in non-original condition (e.g., missing tags, minor damage) may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (unless due to our error) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the return process above and note your exchange preference in your email. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, and we’ll prioritize processing it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
